An authentic and local dinner
To convince you, you will savor homemade ravioli, the traditional Niçois stuffed vegetables (grandmother’s recipe), eggplant salad, Crespeou (a layered omelette cake), brandade and potato tart, and lamb sauté with lemon and coriander.
