The dinner starts with a small piece of freshly baked homemade fougasse, and that’s just the beginning… Everything is made in-house, of course.

We sit down to eat at eight o’clock. Whether comfortably settled in the large dining room or on the terrace, you can expect simple and flavorful recipes that highlight local ingredients, with a special emphasis on freshness and quality.

There are hints of Provence and the Mediterranean in Anne-Françoise’s cuisine— a touch of exoticism, some whimsy, and a respect for traditions and craftsmanship. Anne-Françoise is skilled, and it shows.

An authentic and local dinner

To convince you, you will savor homemade ravioli, the traditional Niçois stuffed vegetables (grandmother’s recipe), eggplant salad, Crespeou (a layered omelette cake), brandade and potato tart, and lamb sauté with lemon and coriander.

A thousand and one desserts

The desserts are equally delicious. Anne-Françoise takes great care in their preparation. The lemon and almond tart is a marvel, as is the honey caramel cream and the chocolate cake accompanied by a florentin
